This is a spiritual and devotional podcast site featuring Rev. Ron Thomas that presents biblically-based teaching to encourage Christians in their faith journey. This site is for those who may be struggling in their faith walk with Christ and have a desire for renewed spiritual growth. Rev. Thomas is a former military chaplain of 22 years experience and has assisted many individuals in spiritual growth, how to grow through traumatic situations, and gave support to many military members who experienced mental health difficulties. We live in a time where there is, sadly, much confusion
and lack of knowledge about the Gospel and how we truly come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Much of this has been done through confusing language and methods that have easily satisfied people with a false faith that avoids them from dealing with their sin and truly abandoning themselves through full surrender to the Savior through the regenerating power of the Holy Spirit. This first of a three part series will begin to look at methodology in evangelistic practice by considering the case of Philip and the Ethiopian eunuch in Act 8:26-36. The second part of the series will examine many of the theological underpinnings of the Gospel message and what is to be understood and experienced by a lost individual before they come to faith in Christ. The third part of this series will be a training session on the use of the Romans Road as a tool to help people share the Good News with others. 2Days Denarius as a ministry holds to the traditional evangelical doctrines of the faith as displayed in the London Baptist Confession of 1689, and most doctrines of the Westminster Confession of 1647. It also adheres fully to the inerrancy, infallibility, and authority of Scripture as our only rule of faith and practice.
